Common questions
Do you charge for a quotation?
No. The site visit, the assessment and the written quote are free. You only pay once you have accepted a quote and the work is booked in.
How quickly can you come out?
Call or WhatsApp Evan and he will book a site visit at a time that suits you. We reply to every enquiry within one business day, and we do our best to get to genuine emergencies — a burst pipe or a roof leaking into a ceiling — the same day.
Do you work on commercial properties as well as homes?
Yes. We take on residential and commercial work, including standing maintenance arrangements for landlords and managing agents where the same property needs attention on a regular cycle.
Will I get the price in writing before anything starts?
Always. Every job is quoted in writing with the scope itemised, so you can see what is included and what is not. If something unforeseen comes up once walls are open, we stop, show you, and price it with you before carrying on.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. Rubble removal and a clean site at handover are part of the quoted price, not an extra. We also tidy at the end of each working day rather than only at the end of the job.
